Open Source CBDC Public Discussion Paper

Copenhagen/NewDelhi: A Public Discussion Paper on prospects of CBDC in financial access programs for the underbanked was  released today by the Open Council.

  • Open Bulletin is an independent, open source publication for institutional as well as non-institutional information consumer.
  • Open Bulletin is part of Open Research and is launched in April 2022 by Muellners Foundation to cover downloadable Public Discussion, Public Notice papers

This public discussion paper highlights these prospects in the backdrop of data privacy reforms, and fintech innovation, taking place in one of youngest & largest socio-economic population on planet Earth.
